General Manager (03521) – 14909 Northern Blvd Store Management Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business! General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

Opportunities Our Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities, setting us apart from competition. Experience ownership after at least a year in the role. You may also pursue career paths such as Trainer or Regional Manager.

Great Pay Managers start with a base hourly wage of $19.50 and can earn bonuses and incentives based on store profitability and overall performance.

Qualifications

Valid U.S. employment authorization.

At least 18 years old.

Friendly and works well with others.

Works well under stress in a high‑paced environment.

Organized and efficient time‑management.

Must work weekends; minimum of 5 closing nights per week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Preferred restaurant experience.

Ability to multitask.

Motivational and enthusiastic.

Ability to train and develop a team.

Able to create employee schedules.

Able to place store food orders/maintain inventory.

Able to maintain proper employee image.

Able to respond to customer concerns.

Must follow Team Sharma Domino’s policies.

Must work together as a team.

Must answer all store calls after the first ring.

Exceptional product focus.

Physical Requirements Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and use of machines/tools/equipment as described below.

Standing:

Most tasks are performed standing on ceramic tile with linoleum. Work surfaces 36"–48".

Walking:

Short distances and durations, including travel to delivery vehicle and customer locations.

Sitting:

Paperwork at a desk or table.

Lifting:

Bulk deliveries up to 50 lb; unloaded by hand truck. Shelving up to 72".

Carrying:

Items up to 30 lb (e.g., pizzas, beverages), dishwasher trays (~12 lb).

Pushing/Pulling:

Trays on dollies (~24"–30") requiring up to 7.5 lb force.

Climbing:

Infrequent stairs or ladders for maintenance.

Stooping/Bending:

Forward bending at pizza assembly seat, repeated 30–45 sec intervals.

Crouching/Squatting:

Occasional shelf stocking and low‑area cleaning.

Reaching:

Continuous up, down, forward; up to 72" for oven controls.

Machines/Tools:

Pencil, pen, computer, phone, calculator, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
