Domino’s Pizza General Managers lead all aspects of store operations, from customer service and product quality to staff training and inventory management. Successful General Managers have directed a Domino’s store for at least one year and may one day own their own franchise. Responsibilities
Lead a team of at least 8 employees, setting high standards for service and product quality. Train, coach, and schedule staff to meet daily operational goals. Maintain inventory, place orders, and ensure all supplies are stocked. Monitor financial performance, including sales, cost control, and bonus eligibility. Enforce Domino’s policies, procedures, and brand standards in a fast‑paced environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly. Qualifications
U.S. employment authorization. Minimum age 18 and at least one year of general manager experience at a Domino’s store. Experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and ability to multitask. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Highly organized with efficient time‑management. Must work weekends and minimum 5 closing nights a week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Preferred restaurant experience, ability to train and develop a team, and schedule creation. Physical Requirements
Standing: most tasks performed from standing position (walking surfaces ceramic tile or linoleum). Walking: short distances for short durations; delivery personnel must travel between store and delivery vehicle. Sitting: paperwork completed at office desk or table. Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, stacked up to 72" height. Carrying: large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (12 lb per tray). Pushing: trays on dollies up to 24–30" requiring up to 7.5 lb force. Climbing: occasional stairs or ladder to change prices on signs and perform maintenance. Bending: forward bending at waist necessary at pizza assembly station, repeated 30–45 seconds each time. Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. Reaching: continuous reach up, down, forward; up to 72" to turn on/off oven controls and change prices on signs. Additional Information
