As a General Manager (GM), you’ll provide reliable financial solutions to help customers manage everyday challenges. As the driving force behind the store’s success, you’ll manage daily operations and lead your team to grow revenue, uphold compliance, and build brand loyalty through world-class customer service. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay rate of
$19.25
with eligibility for performance bonuses. The compensation listed represents the base pay for this position, which is just one of the many elements of our Total Compensation package.

What You’ll Do – Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company standards.
Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth.
Lead local marketing strategies, partnerships, referrals, and community events to drive revenue.
Examine and process loan/pawn applications, assessing risk within established limits.
Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations.
Supervise office security, cash management, loss prevention, and inventory.
Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff.
Participate in hiring and retention of new employees.
Develop staff schedules to meet budget and store needs.
Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism.
Maintain store appearance and address facility needs; oversee planograms and promotional materials.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment, handling multiple tasks.
Maintain a full-time work schedule, including weekends.
What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle; mileage compensated.
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Background check required.
Physical ability to stand up to 90% of the time; move up to 25 pounds, etc.
Nice to Haves – Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Associate’s degree or higher.
Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
