Key Responsibilities
Oversee all shift operations, including cost control, inventory, cash management, and customer relations.
Maintain store cleanliness, marketing standards, and picture schedules.
Ensure 100% compliance with all policies and procedures, setting an example for the crew.
Handle staffing, paperwork, staffing, cost controls, cash control, food management, and profitability.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old, valid driver’s license, and a good driving record.
Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments is a plus.
Strong judgment, math ability, multitasking, attendance, and punctuality are required.
