Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator

Location: Raleigh, NC (on-site)

Schedule: Weekdays, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $17.00/hour

After 90 Days: Eligible for PTO and a salary review

About the role

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on teammate to keep our warehouse running smoothly and our installation teams ready to roll each morning. If you're organized, safety-minded, and like a tidy, well-run space, you'll fit right in. We use Fishbowl Inventory and QuickBooks Online.

What you'll do

• Stage materials daily for installer routes; label, verify counts/specs
• Manage inventory: cycle counts, rotate stock (FIFO), reconcile variances, minimize scrap
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe (aisles, racks, signage, PPE)
• Receive & put away deliveries; inspect for accuracy/damage; update inventory records
• Maintain van inventory par levels for installation crews; restock and track tools
• Ship eBay orders: pick/pack, print labels, schedule pickups, meet ship-by deadlines
• General warehouse duties as needed (light prep/fab, trash/recycling, returns/RMAs, will-call)

What you bring

• 1+ year in a warehouse/stockroom role (preferred)
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks (Google Sheets/Excel)
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs, stand/walk most of the day, and work in non-climate-controlled areas
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-first
