Oracle EBS R12 HCM Core HR Consultant
Location: US (Chicago)
Preferred: Relocate to Chicago or monthly travel
Duration: 6 months or beyond
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Oracle EBS R12.2.14 or higher, focusing on HCM Core HR and System Administration.
Customize and configure HCM modules in Oracle EBS R12.2.14 or higher.
Collaborate with Workday SI and Oracle EBS Core Support to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Modify existing integrations (both inbound and outbound employee/people data) to accommodate changes.
Manage security roles and data access within Oracle EBS System (User) Administration, ensuring compliance and proper access controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS HCM integrations and data flows.
Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities related to People data.
Work closely with Core support, business, and participating System Integrators in testing.
Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures.
Apply strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
Exhibit problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Contribute to HR system implementations.
