Marketing Director – Retirement Service (DCIO) at Masis Professional Group.
The ideal candidate will lead the retirement channel marketing strategy for the firm‑wide business across the broker‑dealer, RIA, retirement and DCIO. As a highly specialized role, the candidate must have prior experience within retirement marketing.
Responsibilities
Partner with National Accounts, Sales, and the Product team to translate growth objectives into marketing plans to help drive new business.
Build a structure performance framework for the retirement channel marketing – incorporating data analytics, performance, and advisor engagement metrics.
Refine marketing processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and alignment.
Required Experience 12+ years of experience within Retirement channel marketing, within investments.
