Director of Marketing & Partnerships, US
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent is required.
Must have 10+ years of financial services industry channel marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in retirement channel marketing. This is a rigid requirement and it requires extensive niche skill in financial services industry channel marketing. Also, the profile being sought is that of someone who has worked on the Financial Services company side as opposed to the agency side.
Must have financial services industry experience, preferably within asset management.
Marketing professionals outside of this must have niche are not a match for this role, and applicants who have worked primarily on the agency side or who have not worked for 10 years directly for brokerage/trading organization(s) niche focused on leading channel marketing for asset management products or ideally retirement product channel marketing are also not a match for this role.
Must possess a deep understanding of the retirement ecosystem, including how recordkeepers, advisors, and consultants evaluate and implement investment options across mutual funds, collective investment trusts (CITs), and separate accounts, and the ability to translate technical product distinctions into compliant, compelling marketing narratives.
Must demonstrate a collaborative, hands‑on leadership approach with the ability and willingness to lead and support initiatives beyond defined responsibilities.
Must be results‑driven, data‑informed, and motivated to continuously improve marketing effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative insights.
Must thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
Must possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong organizational and project management capabilities and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Duties
Designing, shaping, and leading the retirement channel marketing strategy in alignment with firm‑wide business objectives and ensuring integration across Broker‑Dealer, RIA, retirement platforms, regional bank, and consulting distribution channels.
Partnering closely with National Accounts, Sales, Product, and senior leadership to translate growth objectives into targeted, actionable marketing strategies that strengthen advisor engagement and drive net new retirement channel flows.
Overseeing the development and execution of integrated, data‑driven marketing campaigns that effectively position the organization’s retirement solutions across intermediary channels using segmentation, insights, and performance analytics.
Collaborating with Insights and analytics partners to design and maintain a structured performance measurement framework, including advisor engagement metrics, segmentation performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Leading cross‑functional collaboration with Customer Growth, Creative, Digital, Content, Brand Marketing, and Compliance teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and brand‑consistent marketing programs.
Representing the organization’s brand both internally and externally while building and maintaining strategic relationships with distribution partners and ensuring alignment on co‑branded initiatives and enterprise‑level marketing activity.
Continuously refining marketing processes, tools, and workflows to improve scalability, efficiency, and alignment with enterprise marketing technology platforms.
Demonstrating leadership behaviors that drive results, foster a culture of collaboration, promote innovation, and support agility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
