Our Client, Streamline Group is hiring a Vice President of Sales to lead the next phase of growth for one of the most established brands in the nicotine and vape industry. This is a proven leader in the business with the most highly recognized brands, Streamline has a strong infrastructure, national distribution, and a reputation that opens doors.
About the Role We are looking for a senior sales leader with deep executive sales management and Consumer Packaged Goods Industry experience who knows how to scale revenue, lead teams, and drive performance in a regulated, competitive market.
Responsibilities
Lead national sales strategy and execution
Build and coach a high-performing sales organization
Own revenue growth, forecasting, and key accounts
Partner with executive leadership to drive scalable growth
Qualifications
Senior sales leadership experience in nicotine, vape, or related CPG
Proven success leading national or regional sales teams
Strong understanding of distribution, margin, and growth strategy
Required Skills
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods Industry
Preferred Skills
Experience in regulated markets
Ability to drive performance in competitive environments
Pay range and compensation package Competitive executive-level base salary plus performance bonus. Total on-target earnings in the $175K–$250K range, with upside.
