Director, Product Marketing – Lending Join Santander Bank, N.A. as Director of Product Marketing – Lending. This role leads the development and execution of an integrated, multi‑channel marketing communications plan for our consumer lending portfolio, driving success for assigned business segments and the overall brand.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.

12+ years in Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, or related field.

9+ years in banking, fintech, or payments, ideally on the lending side.

2+ years of experience leading a team, shaping culture, and supporting career development.

Experience influencing product roadmaps and leading product marketing strategy.

Excellent communication skills, storytelling with data, tailoring to audiences across functions and levels.

Decisive problem‑solving, cutting through complexity to get the most important work done.

Accomplished team leader and project manager.

Strong reporting and analytical skills.

Strong knowledge of regulatory implications of social media to financial services industry.

Responsibilities

Lead a team refining positioning and messaging for consumer lending products – credit cards and loans.

Deeply understand consumer total addressable market, customer needs, and target audiences for each product.

Spearhead competitor benchmarking, identify opportunities for Santander to differentiate.

Act as a key advisor and partner to the General Manager of Lending on long‑term marketing strategies supporting business targets.

Forge strong relationships with business lines as a partner in delivering growth, profitability, and retention targets efficiently.

Create and lead cohesive, consistent, and engaging marketing plans for the lending business.

Drive team success to envision, concept, launch, and nurture high‑performing lending products that embody the spirit of our brand and delight customers.

Influence and drive decisions on marketing strategy at key milestones.

Synthesize teams work into meaningful outputs that sharpen marketing strategy.

Roadmap the product marketing calendar to set product launches up for success.

Partner with media, marketing ops, and customer experience leads to empower XFN teams to bring the marketing strategy to life with thought leadership and planning guidance in GTM plans.

What Else You Need To Know Base pay range: $123,750.00 – $200,000.00 USD (annualized). Benefits and risk culture details available through Santander benefits portal.
