Role Overview The Brand & Partnerships Director will lead brand governance, social media strategy, and partnership execution with a focus on driving revenue growth. This role ensures our brand is consistently represented across all platforms, while creating social strategies and influencer collaborations that expand our digital footprint, increase engagement, and convert audiences into paying customers. Key Responsibilities
Own the company brand across all touchpoints — product development, social, affiliate content, and events.
Develop and enforce brand guidelines and toolkits to maintain consistent tone, look, and feel.
Collaborate with creative, product, marketing and sales teams to ensure all assets support both brand integrity and revenue goals.
Develop and execute a results‑driven organic social media strategy designed to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.
Create content that drives measurable revenue, including lead generation, sales, and upsell opportunities.
Monitor metrics and analytics to track performance, optimise campaigns, and tie engagement to financial outcomes.
Manage paid collaborations with influencers or partners to drive ROI‑positive campaigns.
Manage relationships with influencers, and external collaborators.
Design campaigns that directly contribute to sales and revenue growth.
Track and optimise performance of all partner programs to maximise return on investment.
Plan and execute brand‑aligned events that generate awareness, engagement, and revenue opportunities.
Coordinate all logistics, marketing materials, and promotion to ensure events are ROI‑driven.
Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
Serve as the go‑to resource for brand strategy, ensuring all campaigns contribute to revenue targets.

Background & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or social media leadership, ideally in a revenue‑driven environment.
Proven success creating social media strategies that drive measurable revenue.
Experience managing affiliates, influencers, and third‑party vendors.
Comfortable translating brand initiatives into financial outcomes and ROI.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Event planning and execution experience a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods.
