Principal Sales System Engineer 5 VAS Voice – AT&T
Overview:
Join AT&T as a Principal Sales System Engineer in the Voice Access Services (VAS) team. You will acquire new business, conduct customer visits, and collaborate with your sales and technical teams. This role offers an annual salary range of $120,200 to $201,800, plus a comprehensive benefits package and performance incentives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject‑matter expert, providing technical guidance and consultation to direct sales teams and customers on design, customization, and implementation of complex technical products and services.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced sales solutions, identifying and executing process enhancements with product architects and developers.
Ensure product integration, troubleshoot and resolve issues, support sales plans, and provide training to sales teams and customers.
Manage deployment projects, align technical solutions with business goals, and drive technical discussions in client meetings.
Design solutions, support sales presentations, create prototypes, maintain product knowledge, and document systems and processes.
Mentor and lead less experienced colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Job Contribution:
A senior‑level sales engineer who masters sales principles, practices, and data analysis, handles large, complex accounts with little supervision, and may meet higher sales targets in an I13‑level career path.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
8+ years of related sales experience.
Strong communication, advanced data analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
