Prestige Sales - Global Trainer Department: Sales - Beauty & Wellness Work Location: Boston, MA, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite) Hybrid schedule: In-office collaboration Tuesday‑Thursday, remote Monday and Friday. Additional details provided by manager.

What You Will Be Doing The Global Trainer will develop and implement education programs for retailers, support territory sales, and cultivate strong relationships with key retail partners. Responsibilities include:

Oversee assigned territory, ensuring delivery of engaging education and exceeding sales targets.

Collaborate with Education teams to create cohesive training experiences for retailers.

Develop and grow existing accounts, generating new business through education and field initiatives.

Plan and execute in‑store events and promotions to drive traffic and brand visibility.

Maintain product knowledge and support marketing campaigns through customer interactions and visual direction.

Provide best‑in‑class shopper experience and retain customers.

Education

Create innovative educational strategies with Director and Education Events Manager.

Support internal training and development needs; facilitate technical education in live and virtual settings.

Facilitate training to sales consultants, store employees, and salons.

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure aligned focus on launches and promotions.

Promote and implement education programs including field education, activations, and events.

Generate new business through excellent education in the field.

Territory Sales Growth

Build and execute strategic growth plans to drive incremental sales.

Plan, coordinate, and execute in‑store events to elevate customer experience.

Optimize call cycles and store visits for maximum ROI and engagement.

Support product and marketing campaigns through training and visual direction.

Maintain high level of product knowledge and ingredients.

Provide best‑in‑class shopper experience to attract and retain customers.

Retailer Ownership & Growth

Own key retail management relationships with Ulta, Sephora, Nordstrom, and.

Build strong relationships with store management and district managers.

Leverage tools such as Salesforce and independent contractors to develop territory strategy.

Conduct strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews with store partners.

Team Leadership

Recruit, hire, schedule, and develop Account Coordinators and independent contractors.

Drive new store activity to elevate team performance.

Plan and execute in‑store events to meet sales targets and ROI.

Manage budgets in partnership with Regional Manager and Sales Director.

Create open and collaborative environment for internal & external sales teams.

Operational Excellence

Set and track measurable goals; pivot strategies quickly.

Identify and remove obstacles to success and maintain agile culture.

Maintain Salesforce calendar, SharePoint, and retailer visit portals.

Ensure all locations support product and marketing campaigns through training and visual direction.

Meet deadlines for calendar, call cycle, expenses, and event recaps.

Provide weekly sales recaps of personnel and freelance performance to Regional Manager and Director.

Management Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, schedule, and develop Account Coordinators and independent contractors.

Skills Needed To Be Successful In This Role

Strong presentation skills and ability to facilitate to all audiences.

Proven sales growth in beauty industry; expertise across Ulta, Sephora, and multi‑channel retail.

Experience in hair category, especially curly/textured hair and salons.

Demonstrated ability to develop strategic territory plans with Regional Sales Manager.

Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Expertise in negotiation, analytics, sales planning, budgeting, and relationship management.

Skilled in coaching, process development, and market strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.

6+ years of related experience.

Licensed and experienced Hairstylist/Cosmetologist.

Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Media Training.

Bilingual in English, Spanish, or French.
