Responsibilities
Lead and coach the sales team to achieve the highest potential.
Develop and implement sales strategies for events and catering.
Track results, communicate needs, and collaborate with operations leadership.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and understand competitors.
Build relationships with community leaders and local decision makers.
Generate new business through lead generation tools and relationship building.
Collaborate with marketing to create aligned promotion and sales plans.
Manage event details, BEO accuracy, and guest experience.
Adopt good time management, organization, and effective communication.
Maintain guest relations and resolve issues.
Foster teamwork and lead venue operations collaboratively.
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and coach individual team members.
Compensation Base Salary + Commission + Bonus
