Position Overview We are seeking a
Bilingual School Psychologist
to provide virtual psychological services to
preschool-aged students . This role focuses on early identification, evaluation, and intervention to support students’ developmental, behavioral, emotional, and academic needs in a remote learning environment. The ideal candidate is experienced in early childhood assessment, culturally responsive practices, and collaborative team-based service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
virtual psychoeducational evaluations
for preschool students, including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and developmental assessments
Provide
bilingual services (English/Spanish)
to students and families
Participate in
Child Find , eligibility meetings, and IEP/IFSP development
Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to support student needs
Provide
consultation and strategies
for behavior management, early intervention, and classroom support
Deliver virtual counseling and social-emotional support as appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
Participate in virtual team meetings, progress monitoring, and parent conferences
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in
School Psychology
Active
state certification/licensure
as a School Psychologist
Bilingual in English and Spanish
(required)
Experience working with
preschool or early childhood populations
Strong knowledge of early childhood development and assessment tools
Comfortable delivering services in a
fully virtual environment
Preferred Experience
Previous
virtual/teletherapy experience
Familiarity with early intervention models and preschool special education
Experience supporting culturally and linguistically diverse populations
