KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting organization.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret financial data to uncover underlying drivers and craft compelling narratives that clearly present findings and support informed decision‑making.
Effectively manage multiple priorities and oversee collaboration with offshore team members, navigating and providing clarity amidst ambiguous data to drive project success.
Act as a trusted business advisor by using business intellectual curiosity to suggest and test hypotheses through data analysis, helping identify potential business issues and recommend practical next steps.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting while identifying emerging trends and potential risks.
Foster a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to streamline work, adopting AI and digital solutions, and engaging in team‑based problem solving to enhance overall efficiency and collaboration.
Contribute to the firm's transformation initiatives by embracing new processes, participating actively in modernizing efforts and sharing ideas for process improvement and automation.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of financial analyst or similar experience required; preferably from a professional services firm.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
Proficiency in SQL and the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint required.
Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Hyperion Financial Management, and Oracle Planning preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
