Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret financial data to uncover underlying drivers and craft compelling narratives that support informed decision‑making.
Effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborate with offshore team members, navigating ambiguous data to drive project success.
Act as a trusted business advisor, using curiosity to test hypotheses through data analysis and recommend practical next steps.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while identifying emerging trends and risks.
Identify opportunities to streamline work, adopt AI and digital solutions, and engage in team‑based problem solving to enhance efficiency.
Contribute to the firm’s transformation initiatives by participating in modernization efforts and sharing ideas for process improvement and automation.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of financial analyst or similar experience, preferably at a professional services firm.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Proficiency in SQL and the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Hyperion Financial Management, and Oracle Planning is preferred.
