Duties Potential candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors of CELC II by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance. Responsibilities include supervising and managing staff, hiring and training staff, meeting with parents, enrollment, developing programs and curricula, establishing policies, budgeting programs, and complying with OEC regulations.
Requirements
Associate's degree or higher in a related field or degree in ECE
Must have 1+ year experience in a management position
Must have 3+ years experience working in an Early Childhood setting
CPR/First Aid certified
Provide 3 professional references
Knowledge of NAEYC accreditation a plus
Knowledge of CT ELDS/DOTS
Prior administrative experience
Excellent computer skills, especially typing
Attention to detail
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
