Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Technician, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Corte Madera. The Automotive Technician will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and executing automotive repairs. Key duties include annual services, automotive system assessments, repairs, and diagnosis to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety. The technician will work collaboratively with team members to provide high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction. Great workshop culture is key!
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Vehicle Maintenance, including routine inspections and preventative services
High workshop proficiency while performing quality repairs
Experience in Automotive Repair and Maintenance & Repair for various vehicle systems
Skills in assessing and repairing various systems and components
Ability to diagnose mechanical issues, multi-task, and provide accurate repair solutions
Certifications such as ASE certification or equivalent are a plus
Strong commitment to following safety protocols and delivering quality work
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive repair is preferred
Prior dealerships experience with Italian or German brands is preferable
Good attitude with a willingness to learn
