Corporate/Business Formations Partner Attorney
I am working with a well-regarded mid-size firm in Phoenix seeking a corporate/business formations partner to join its firm. Partners should be experienced with business formations and general corporate transactions. This is a well-regarded firm that will offer a platform for growth, and there is likely to be significant business and cross-marketing within the firm for this partner, meaning that a large portion of their business will come from within the firm. This firm only has equity partnership.

Base Salary:
$150,000 per year
Annual Bonus:
Based on Profitability (large bonus payouts)
