Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the partner ecosystem and affiliate channel strategy
Build and scale the affiliate channel, including recruitment and performance metrics

Required Qualifications
8-12+ years of experience in partnerships, ecosystem, or strategic growth roles
Proven experience in building partner ecosystems or affiliate programs at scale

Data‑driven mindset focused on key performance metrics like ARR and NRR
