Job Location This is a remote position located in Philadelphia, Boston, or the New York City metropolitan area. The position requires approximately 50% travel across the Northeastern United States.
Job Description Our client is a leading provider in the enterprise technology services sector, working with some of the world’s most recognized brands. They specialize in helping organizations optimize software assets, streamline operations, and make smarter, data-driven IT decisions.
The Regional Sales Manager is a strategic enterprise hunter responsible for driving $2M+ in new revenue annually through complex, high-value deals. Operating collaboratively as a core part of an Enterprise Team in blank canvas territories, this key sales executive will build pipeline, win strategic logos, and lay the foundation for scalable teams. This position requires a high degree of ownership, adaptability, and influence at the executive level.
Required Experience/Skills
5-10 years in enterprise tech, consulting, or software sales
Proven success with $100k+ deal sizes; ideally $250k+ median
Proven success building relationships and selling through the channel and demonstrated existing in-geo relationships
Demonstrated track record of achieving and over achieving quota
Experience with long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales
Built or scaled new territories from scratch
Familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enterprise sales enablement platforms
Mastery of end-to-end sales process, with familiarity of MEDDPICC, Challenger (or similar)
Ability to understand complex IT environments and stakeholder maps
Strong qualification and disqualification judgement
High attention to detail; meticulous and precise
Relentless drive and passion
Proactive, self-motivated, and competitive
Inquisitive nature: ask smart questions and listen actively
Resilience: handle rejection and setbacks with composure
Entrepreneurial thinking and creativity
Persuasive and influential at the boardroom level
