Territory Sales Manager – Eugene, OR Springs Window Fashions, North America’s premier window covering company, is looking for a self‑starter who can drive and manage profitable sales of our leading brands and Best Experience services.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed budgeted sales of Springs Window Fashions products to home‑fashion dealers, interior decorators, designers, and builders within an assigned territory.

Maintain favorable contacts with current and potential dealers, decorators, designers, and builders.

Call on window covering dealers, decorators, designers, and builders to increase sales of SWF products (70%).

Conduct sales training and seminars to build acceptance of SWF products (10%).

Handle customer complaints with diplomacy and tact to maintain loyalty (5%).

Develop and maintain competitive analysis of product details, pricing, marketing strategies, and strengths/weaknesses; communicate findings to the Business Unit Manager (5%).

Keep accurate records, report expenses, and uphold company travel and entertainment guidelines (5%).

Attend training sessions and sales meetings; recommend product improvements to Marketing (5%).

Requirements

Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

3+ years of sales experience preferred.

Experience selling custom products or industry experience strongly preferred.

Excellent sales personality: even‑tempered, passionate, sincere, outgoing, and friendly.

Basic understanding of human behavior; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Regular travel by car and occasional commercial airline; some positions may require 2–5 nights of overnight travel per month.

Analytical and mathematical ability; strong organizational skills.

Good driving record (company vehicle provided).

Creative selling skills with innovative ideas to meet customer needs.

Professional presentation and time‑management; ability to sell both self and product.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
