Role As a Structural Engineer, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design innovative, high‑performance structures. You'll contribute to projects that range from public infrastructure to private developments, all with a focus on quality, sustainability, and long‑term value. With over six offices across multiple states, the firm is looking to continue its year‑on‑year growth with the help of senior engineers, giving you the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and analyze structural systems for buildings and infrastructure
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project managers
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability goals
Conduct site visits and oversee construction phases
Innovate with materials and methods to optimize performance and cost

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering
PE license (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
5+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Revit)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
Employment Type Full‑time
Base Pay Range $95,000.00/yr – $140,000.00/yr
