Overview
We are hiring an Accounting Manager to lead a high‑performing team and own critical accounting, close, and compliance responsibilities for a growing global organization. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys complex accounting, improving processes, and partnering across the business.
Responsibilities
Lead monthly consolidated close for U.S. and international entities using JD Edwards and OneStream
Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial results for complex accounting areas
Support SEC reporting, earnings releases, and SOX internal controls
Manage and mentor a team of four accountants and one AP specialist
Partner with external auditors and Internal Audit on quarterly and annual audits
Oversee AP operations, sales and use tax compliance, and tax data support
Drive process improvements using tools like BlackLine, Sage Fixed Assets, and LeaseQuery
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required (MBA a plus)
8+ years of public accounting and/or industry experience
5+ years of people management experience
Strong U.S. GAAP, SOX, and consolidated reporting expertise
ERP experience required; JD Edwards and OneStream preferred
Collaborative, detail‑driven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
