A premier law firm in the United States seeks a Corporate M&A Private Equity Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of M&A and private equity transactional experience at an Am Law firm. The preferred location is Miami, but candidates may work from New York, Washington, DC, or Florida offices. Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission or eligibility for prompt admission in the jurisdiction of the resident office.
