Corporate M&A Private Equity Associate Attorney
Akerman LLP seeks a Corporate Associate with 3 to 5 years of M&A and private equity transactional experience in an Am Law firm. The preferred location is Miami, but the position may also be located in the firm’s New York, Washington, DC, or Florida offices. Applicants must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, have Am Law 100 firm experience, hold a Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school, and be admitted to or eligible to obtain admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of the resident office location.
Location Preferred: Miami; also available in New York, Washington, DC, and Florida.
