Position Overview
Responsible for the growth and profitability of district operations while providing leadership, vision, support, direction, and enforcement of company policies for all operations within the district.
Responsibilities
Act as a tree doctor conducting house calls.
Educate residential and commercial customers on tree needs.
Provide estimates based on customer needs.
Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.
Set up, supervise, and train crew members, sales team, and office staff.
Give direction to the team as District Manager.
Qualifications
Required:
ISA Certified Arborist®
Required:
Five years related Tree Care industry experience
Required:
Valid driver’s license
Regional plant and horticulture knowledge
Preferred:
Two or four‑year degree in a green industry
Good people skills; self‑motivated; computer proficient and organized
Knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management, and industry approved tree care practices
Preferred:
Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state law
