Lead the development and delivery of major features end-to-end. Participate in all phases of the SDLC: requirements refinement, design, development, testing, release and post-release operations. Provide mentorship to junior engineers. Write correct, secure, maintainable and robust code with appropriate tests. Improve team engineering practices, ops practices, development process, ownership and mentoring. Influence partner teams. Design and lead the architecture of your product/service along with operational readiness & excellence. Qualifications
