Senior HRIS Analyst (Remote from Massachusetts)
We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for a remote team in Massachusetts. The analyst will translate business needs into system requirements, lead project implementation, and drive system adoption across the organization.
Accountabilities
Lead complex HRIS projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and impactful results.
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into system solutions.
Conduct data analysis, build models to identify trends, and communicate actionable insights.
Recommend and implement system enhancements, process improvements, and new HR software as needed.
Serve as the go-to expert for HRIS functionality, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and deliverables that support leadership decision‑making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant HRIS or HR technology experience.
Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; experience with data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative data principles, with the ability to identify trends and make recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
Preferred: experience with ADP Lyric, HR professional certification, and experience in architecture or engineering environments.
