About the Company and Opportunity:

  • They are looking to add an HRIS Analyst to their team in their corporate office.
  • The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the support and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System, compiling information for reporting, HR-related payroll, and record-keeping functions.

Overview of the HRIS Analyst role:

  • Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Manage system configurations, upgrades, and overall system performance.
  • Create, run, and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support business decisions, compliance audits, and internal requests.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities by interpreting HR data.
  • Establishes company policies and ADP procedures, serving as a primary point of contact for ADP.
  • Audits ADP reports to verify timely and accurate payment of local, state, and federal payroll taxes, and follows up on any outstanding issues.
  • Develops and maintains reports to meet business needs and compliance requirements, and fulfills ad hoc data and audit requests.
  • Assists with team projects - Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to improve HR processes through system enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications for the HRIS Analyst:

  • Associates degree in Information Systems or Human Resources or other related field
  • 4+ years of related HRIS Analyst experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with HRIS platforms required, ADP preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skillset
