Position Overview Architectural Project Manager
Lead and guide projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Understand, plan, track, and deliver projects with a clear grasp of client requirements, proposals, contracts, and scope.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
Collaborate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction and other authorities to support project progression and community impact.
Mentor and develop team members, promote growth in skills and knowledge.
Coordinate with all consultants and review/redline drawings for quality assurance at key milestones (30%, 60%, 90%).
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
Identify potential risks early and develop strategic solutions.
Tackle complex technical and design challenges with depth of knowledge and strategic insight.
Maintain impeccable project documentation including plans, reports, and schedules.
Uphold and mentor team members in design codes, building codes, and zoning regulations.
Leadership & Communication
Inspiring leadership style with the talent for guiding diverse teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Expertise
Deep knowledge of building codes, structural principles, and construction best practices.
Exceptional organizational, project, budget, and time management skills.

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, specializing in mid‑rise hotels, self‑storage facilities, and multi‑family projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Architect license is preferred.
Expert in using advanced software tools, including Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements Office environment with some site visits required.
