Solution Consultant – a strategic, consultative professional guiding enterprise customers through full implementation journeys, combining project management with deep solution consulting. Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end implementation for enterprise clients, acting as trusted advisor from kickoff to value realization. Design scalable solutions across HR, IT, Finance, SCM, and more. Facilitate discovery workshops with senior stakeholders to align on long‑term business goals. Coordinate internal and external teams for seamless project delivery. Identify potential risks and blockers and recommend mitigation strategies. Drive third‑party integrations (HRMS, payroll, IT ticketing systems) and work with REST/SOAP APIs. Configure workflow automations and perform basic scripting (e.g., JavaScript). Provide guidance on scope management and change requests, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Share best practices and mentor junior team members as needed. Qualifications
3+ years in client‑facing, technical implementation or solution consulting in a SaaS environment. Consultative mindset with ability to translate complex requirements into clear, scalable solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise processes across HR, IT, Finance, SCM. Hands‑on experience with third‑party integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP). Ability to discuss data models and integration architecture with client technical teams. Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools (JIRA, Rocketlane, etc). Awareness of modern AI concepts, including Agentic AI. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s or PMP/Scrum certification is a plus). Experience with Workflow Management or Business Process Management (BPM) tool is a strong plus. Good to Have
Experience with chatbot or virtual assistant platforms (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework). Key Skills
