Establishing processes for audits, inspections, and continuous improvement using LEAN principles.
Collaborating across departments to share best practices and optimize operations.
Requirements

Strong analytical, decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and production planning.
Comfortable with public speaking, client presentations, and occasional travel
