Job Description
Independently lead and prioritize work across multiple complex, cross-functional projects.
Manage and develop internal team members, fostering skill development and a high-performance culture.
Design and pressure test sophisticated growth, operational and organizational strategies.
Identify and resolve ambiguous business challenges with minimal guidance, using structured problem solving and data-driven insights.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with leadership at operating companies / business units.
Collaborate across functions and groups (e.g., Insights, Marketing, Operations) to drive growth and reduce waste.
Contribute to and participate in ongoing skill development and leadership training.
Travel occasionally to specified counties for direct collaboration with business partners.
Travel Required Occasional travel to Los Angeles, San Joaquin Valley (Kern, Kings, Tulare, Fresno Counties) Napa, Sonoma, and San Luis Obispo Counties.

Qualifications
Minimum of 7‑10+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, operations, technology, finance, or related fields, with a track record of delivering high impact initiatives.
Demonstrable executive presence and experience partnering with senior leadership to influence business decisions.
A strong continuous improvement and LEAN mindset.
Experience managing team members and developing junior employees.
MBA or equivalent graduate degree strongly preferred.
Exceptional problem‑solving skills, especially in ambiguous or undefined situations.
Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to own and drive complex projects independently from concept to implementation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
