As a Senior Technical Product Manager supporting Coffeehouse Design & Development Technology, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering technology solutions that enable the design, development, and optimization of Starbucks coffeehouses worldwide. Your work will directly impact how Starbucks innovates store design and construction processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainability across thousands of locations globally.

Responsibilities

Lead product planning and development for technology solutions that support store design and construction workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.

Translate business and design requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and operational goals.

Drive technical solutions for complex features, resolve technical blockers, and coordinate across multiple engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

7+ years of experience in a technology environment delivering complex products.

5+ years of experience working with design and engineering teams to deliver customer‑facing features.

Hands‑on experience developing roadmaps, user stories, and managing product backlogs in an agile environment.

Strong technical acumen, ability to understand end‑to‑end system architecture, and familiarity with web and mobile applications.

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with construction technology platforms and BIM workflows.

Familiarity with integration architecture and APIs for enterprise systems.

Strong knowledge of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools.

Ability to analyze data to justify product decisions and apply key learnings.
