Job Description Summary This role participates in product discovery, acts as a product evangelist, collaborates with stakeholders, utilizes data analysis, coordinates merchant communication, establishes operational procedures, and builds analytical solutions while working with Lead Product Managers.
Essential Responsibilities
Participate in product or platform discovery and ensure successful deployment.
Act as a product evangelist to socialize insights and gather feedback for product effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve complex merchant issues.
Utilize data analysis techniques to make informed decisions.
Coordinate, write, and execute merchant communications and follow-up.
Work with cross‑functional teams to establish operational procedures and provide supporting documentation.
Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, including merchants if necessary.
Understand business needs and solve customer problems.
Build analytical product/platform solutions; explore data to find actionable insights.
Work with the Lead Product Manager to understand the problem space.
Expected Qualifications
1+ year relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250.
