ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in
Risk, Audit & Compliance , strong knowledge of
ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules , and solid background in
SaaS, integrations and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) for our pharma partner. The role will design and govern end-to-end solution architecture, translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage vendors, and ensure alignment with Roche enterprise IT standards in a global, multicultural environment. Responsibilities
Design solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business priorities Lead cross-solution architecture discussions with developers, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders Review existing solutions to drive continuous improvement and manage technical debt Research, evaluate, and run proof-of-concepts for new technologies and solutions Define non-functional requirements and assess vendor and integration capabilities Translate business requirements into technical architecture and own solution architecture documentation Identify opportunities to optimize and improve business processes Partner with Product Managers and Enterprise Architects to define high-level solution intent and value Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or equivalent experience Deep expertise in Risk, Audit & Compliance management 7–10 years of experience
designing and implementing IT solutions Strong knowledge of
ServiceNow platform , especially
IRM / GRC modules
(TPRM / LSD) Experience working with
SaaS platforms
(ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP Cloud, etc.) Strong understanding of
integration architectures
(APIs REST/SOAP, ESB/EAI, MQ, point-to-point) Experience with
cloud architectures (AWS and/or Azure) Knowledge of middleware, security, infrastructure, and DevOps layers Ability to create clear architectural documentation (e.g. UML) Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly Experience working in
