You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the platform meets user needs and delivers a seamless digital experience. Role: As a Senior Product Manager – IRA Platform Scalability, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our IRA recordkeeping platform into a fully AI-native solution. You will lead product strategy and execution, leveraging AI-driven capabilities and automation-first design principles to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual interventions, and facilitate exponential growth for our partners. You will closely collaborate with engineering, data science, compliance, operations, and UX teams to deliver scalable and intelligent solutions while managing critical integrations with recordkeeping and plan administration platforms, payroll integration platforms, clearing and custody infrastructure providers, and digital investment and portfolio management platforms. Responsibilities

Strategic Product Leadership

Define and implement a comprehensive product roadmap emphasizing scalability, intelligent automation, real-time data integration, and AI-native design. Lead the strategic vision for platform evolution to support IRA recordkeeping and retirement plan administration, including participant recordkeeping, plan administration, compliance testing, and regulatory reporting requirements. Develop and manage agile product development processes, clearly communicating product priorities, backlog management, and strategic direction to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. AI & Automation Integration

Lead development and integration of AI and machine learning solutions that automate back-office processing, including trade settlement, corporate actions, exception handling, compliance management, and customer service workflows. Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to embed predictive analytics, adaptive interfaces, and autonomous decision-making capabilities into core platform functionalities. Ensure seamless integration and transition from legacy recordkeeping systems to modern cloud-native and AI-enhanced platforms. Retirement Plan Ecosystem Integrations & Partnership Management

Design and oversee API integrations with payroll providers, third-party administrators (TPAs), recordkeeping platforms, and retirement plan service providers to enable seamless plan setup, enrollment, contribution processing, and participant account management. Partner with leading retirement plan service providers to integrate core capabilities including census data management, payroll deduction processing, loan administration, distribution processing, and automated compliance testing. Evaluate and integrate third-party solutions for plan administration, investment menu management, participant communications, and regulatory filing requirements, ensuring technical alignment and competitive differentiation while managing vendor relationships and SLA agreements. Coordinate with plan sponsors, TPAs, and recordkeeping operations teams to ensure end-to-end data integrity across payroll systems, participant accounts, investment platforms, and regulatory reporting workflows. Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership

Act as the primary expert and advocate for IRA recordkeeping scalability and retirement plan administration, staying abreast of competitive offerings, regulatory requirements, and emerging technology trends in the retirement services sector. Maintain deep knowledge of retirement plan regulations, including ERISA requirements, IRS compliance rules, DOL fiduciary standards, and annual testing requirements. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all product features maintain adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks while enabling innovative participant experiences and efficient plan sponsor administration. Required Skills/Abilities

Industry Experience & Domain Expertise

Deep understanding of IRA recordkeeping and custodial systems, including account structures, contribution limits, distribution rules, required minimum distributions (RMDs), and tax reporting requirements. Extensive experience with recordkeeping platforms, including participant recordkeeping, plan administration, payroll integration, loan processing, distribution management, and compliance testing requirements (ADP, ACP, coverage). Strong knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement plan operations, including plan sponsor administration, participant enrollment and education, investment menu management, and fiduciary oversight requirements. Proven understanding of retirement plan systems architecture, including payroll integration systems, census data management, contribution allocation engines, and automated compliance testing workflows. Hands‑on experience with plan administration processes including enrollment workflows, beneficiary management, required minimum distributions, hardship withdrawals, plan terminations, and regulatory reporting (1099‑R). Strong regulatory knowledge related to retirement products and services including IRS regulations, DOL fiduciary rules, ERISA requirements, SECURE Act provisions, and annual compliance testing obligations. Technical Skills & Platform Experience

Proven track record scaling cloud-based financial platforms, particularly in retirement services, recordkeeping technology, or employer-sponsored benefit plan administration. Experience integrating AI-driven solutions and real-time data analytics into financial product offerings, with demonstrated understanding of machine learning applications in retirement plan administration and participant services. Deep familiarity with API integrations, RESTful services, webhook architectures, and platform technologies commonly used in retirement plan ecosystems including payroll system integrations, TPA data exchange standards, and recordkeeper-to-recordkeeper transfer protocols. Experience working with major retirement plan service providers and understanding of their API capabilities, data models, and integration patterns for services including census management, contribution processing, compliance testing, and participant account administration. Practical knowledge of digital transformation initiatives in retirement services, including legacy recordkeeping system modernization, data migration strategies for plan conversions, and phased rollout approaches for multi-plan implementations. Leadership & Communication

Exceptional ability to bridge technical feasibility with business strategy and operational efficiency, translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholder audiences. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through complex product development cycles in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent preferred. 5+ years of relevant product management experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on IRA recordkeeping, AI-driven financial platforms, or similar products. Demonstrated success in managing complex projects in fintech or SaaS environments. Familiarity with API integrations, platform technologies, and digital transformation. Must be US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible to work in the US permanently.
