Club Pilates Grand Oaks is seeking a driven, results-oriented
General Manager
to lead studio growth, inspire a high‑performing team, and deliver an exceptional member experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment, takes full ownership of results, and is motivated by performance—not micromanagement.
This position is
sales‑driven
and growth‑focused. The General Manager is responsible for building revenue, developing people, and creating a welcoming, high‑energy studio culture rooted in health, wellness, and community.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive
four revenue streams : memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training to meet and exceed studio targets
Lead studio membership growth through
active sales efforts , community outreach, grassroots marketing, and local networking
Develop and execute marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, promotions, and local partnerships
Oversee day‑to‑day studio operations including sales performance, staffing, scheduling, and member experience
Recruit, train, coach, and hold sales associates and staff accountable to individual and studio goals
Maintain exceptional standards for customer service, cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation
Enforce Club Pilates policies, procedures, and operational standards
Work some evenings and weekends as needed (studio operates 7 days per week)
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile
Self‑starter
with strong intrinsic motivation who takes initiative and thrives with minimal oversight
Proven ability to
drive sales and lead revenue growth
Minimum
3 years of sales experience ; leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of the local market and ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
Highly organized, data‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Professional, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy; able to handle confidential information
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and studio management software
Passionate about health, wellness, and creating an inclusive, welcoming community
Natural leader who leads by example and holds themselves and others accountable
Compensation & Benefits

hourly pay
based on experience and performance (35–40 hours/week)
