The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, results‑oriented strategy practitioner to join HP’s Print Strategy & Planning team. This role reports to the Senior Director and Head of Print Strategy as part of HP Global Strategy.
Responsibilities
Analyze market research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product innovations.
Develop 1‑5 year strategy recommendations on where to play and how to win.
Create short‑term plans and levers to optimize business and financial performance.
Structure analytical approaches and develop project guidelines, objectives, strategies, deliverables, and tactics.
Manage cross‑functional teams and communications to ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
Consult with business executives on strategy formulation, risk management, and new growth opportunities.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to expanding knowledge in strategy analysis.
Collaborate across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy with corporate objectives.
Education & Experience
Four‑year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
At least 8‑10 years of experience, preferably 3‑4+ in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar.
Top‑tier consulting experience highly desirable.
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and act independently.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Business acumen across at least two business units.
Relationship building and partnership skills.
Capability to conduct impact analysis and use leading‑edge analytical tools.
