Associate Medical Director of Health Services
Provide direct psychiatric care to assigned consumers at various program sites, including assessment and diagnosis to determine appropriate medication treatment, ongoing medication evaluation/monitoring, and participation in patient treatment planning as a member of the multidisciplinary clinical team. Responsibilities
Manages various teams and projects to ensure the highest level of standard of care adhering to medical best practices and informatics data. Ensures assigned consumers receive appropriate diagnostic assessment and treatment management as part of a comprehensive treatment plan in collaboration with other team members. Provides continuity of care by collaborative involvement with other external care providers. Functions as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Contributes to the overall mission of the agency by participating in agency-related functions. Provides direct psychiatric services consistent with work standards. Completes administrative tasks to assure optimal availability and utilization of psychiatric time and services. Performs similar or related duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer. Qualifications
NH Medical License or NH Nursing License and NH APRN License Current DEA registration ABPN Certification in General Psychiatry for MDs/DOs Psychiatric Certification preferred for APRNs Comfort and knowledge in prescribing for adults and adolescents (formal Child and Adolescent Certification not required) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, or other legally protected status.
