The team includes registered nurses, surgical technicians, anesthesiologists, nurse injectors, and estheticians, all committed to ensuring the best possible experience for clients.
Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Front Office Coordinator. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail‑oriented individual to be the face of our med spa. The role is essential in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment guests walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism in person and over the phone
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
Check patients in and out; collect payments and process transactions
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Answer questions about services, memberships, and pricing
Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
Support providers and clinical staff with daily operations
Keep the front desk and lobby organized and presentable
Handle patient inquiries, follow‑ups, and basic administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a med spa, medical office, plastic surgery practice, or hospitality setting preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Comfort with EMR systems, scheduling software, and point‑of‑sale systems
Sales experience or confidence discussing treatments and memberships is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly pay + potential bonuses/commissions

70% off all medspa services (e.g., lasers, chemical peels, etc.)
Up to 3 injectable treatments per year at no cost
Limit: 50 units of neurotoxin and 1 syringe of filler per treatment.
