Join us as Assistant Vice President in Operations Client Service at State Street. The role focuses on managing client relationships, overseeing team operations, and ensuring compliance with investment fund agreements. What You Will Be Responsible For
Supervise junior and senior level staff analysts Manage client relationships with client personnel and fund investors Review quarterly and annual financial work paper packages including portfolio schedules, accruals and partnership capital allocations Review quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes Prepare capital calls and distribution notices Calculate management fee allocations Coordinate annual audit and tax return preparation with Big 4 accounting firms Maintain working relationships with investment professionals, auditors, lawyers, and banking personnel Assist accounting managers in ensuring compliance with investment fund agreements and other legal documents Manage internal workflow and client deadlines Qualifications & Experience
5-7 Years of Accounting experience 5-7 Years of Alternative Investment experience 5-7 Years of managing a team Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills Good organizational skills Good communication skills Knowledge of MCH and Excel Salary Range
$90,000 - $157,500 Annual Benefits
