Accountabilities

Inspire and mentor team members, promoting collaboration, high-quality deliverables, and industry recognition.
Monitor account activities, budgets, and pipeline accuracy to ensure operational excellence and strategic growth.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing sales or account management role.
Demonstrated success in business development, client growth, and revenue generation.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in branded environments, exhibits, events, or related industries preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
