Role Overview
Senior AI Product Manager – Remote (US). Key member of Higher Ed Courseware Product Management. Reports to Director of Product Management, Learning Tools and Assessments.
What You’ll Do
Drive growth for Writing Solutions, MediaShare, and Freehand Grader applications.
Partner with Director of Product Management to refine strategy rooted in customer research, performance analysis, competitive analysis and market data.
Champion product vision and strategy with stakeholders at all levels.
Translate strategy into actionable roadmap by sizing opportunities, defining work and aligning with stakeholders during go‑to‑market periods.
Work closely with Engineering, UX and Program Management to bring roadmap to life.
Collaborate with Portfolio, Content Production, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure strategy is informed by needs.
Serve as subject matter expert on capabilities and market placement.
Identify, track, analyze and communicate key performance metrics that drive strategic decisions.
Lead and update product research and experimentation focused on customer preferences and market dynamics.
Own end‑to‑end product ownership and become SME in all customer and stakeholder issues.
Inform go‑to‑market strategy and enable successful launches and feature updates in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Portfolio and Customer Success.
Requirements
5+ years product management experience in educational technology or equivalent.
Obsessed with discovery and connecting with customers.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, able to execute projects in a dynamic environment.
Skilled at influencing, building relationships and collaborating with cross‑functional teamslin Comfortable navigating ambiguous or complex issues and outlining effective solutions.
Global mindset with excellent communication skills, connecting with teams and customers worldwide.
Experience gathering, analyzing and making decisions based on user feedback.
Experience assessing market opportunities and prioritizing based on impact.
Experience analyzing and communicating product performance to stakeholders using analytical and presentation tools.
Compensation Minimum full‑time salary range: $145,000 – $175,000. Eligible for annual incentive program. Benefits information is available upon request.
