Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Network & Telecommunications Lead to design, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure across global offices, data centers, and cloud environments. This role covers WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, voice, security, and monitoring platforms, ensuring secure, high-availability connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and support WAN, LAN, wireless, and SD-WAN networks
Manage Cisco Catalyst & Nexus switches, wireless controllers, and access points
Configure and support VPN, firewall, NAT, and cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS)
Act as escalation point for complex network incidents and changes
Manage corporate & guest Wi‑Fi, RF tuning, and high‑density environments
Support UCaaS, RingCentral, AudioCodes, and critical live business events
Maintain SolarWinds, NetFlow monitoring, and performance reporting
Perform data center patching and support F5 systems
Manage vendors, contracts, licensing, and renewals
Mentor engineers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
Expert knowledge of Cisco: Catalyst, Nexus, DNA Center, ISE, SD‑WAN
Strong experience with BGP, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networks
Cloud networking experience (Azure ExpressRoute, IPsec)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Certifications
CCNP / CCIE (Enterprise or Security)
SD‑WAN and Cloud certifications
ITIL Foundation
