Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at our location in Louisville, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations at 7924 Fegenbush Lane, ensuring optimal performance, profitability, and team development.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Manage financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and corporate leadership
Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Proven track record of successful management experience in a similar industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost management
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in retail or restaurant management (depending on the specific industry)
