You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, regional leaders, marketing, and product teams to drive performance, alignment, and measurable results. The position requires a strategic and analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities, optimize commercial investments, and ensure cross‑functional coordination. You will lead key initiatives, including global planning, go‑to‑market execution, and organizational effectiveness programs, while fostering a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and accountability. This role offers a high‑impact opportunity to influence the direction of a global retail organization and scale strategic capabilities across multiple regions. Accountabilities

Develop and execute global retail sales strategies aligned with corporate and regional priorities Analyze category trends, channel performance, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities Lead annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly business review (QBR) processes, coordinating across Sales, Marketing, and Finance Program‑manage cross‑functional initiatives such as product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional planning Build frameworks and playbooks for repeatable, scalable go‑to‑market execution Drive cross‑functional alignment and accountability, enabling effective decision‑making and operational excellence Requirements

10+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, or Business Operations, ideally in Consumer Electronics, CPG, or Omni‑Channel Retail Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives that improve forecasting, planning, and execution Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) Executive‑level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Benefits
