Job Overview As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you’ll develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team and regional colleagues. Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies.
Deeply understand clients’ needs and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
Oversee branch processes and ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness.
Create a highly engaging environment of mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.
Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities to maintain registrations and licenses.
Receive a firm‑provided branch office in the community.
Receive client support so you can focus on clients.
Work independently with a support network that extends from your client support team to region to home office.

Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC® or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
